The main purposes for which your personal data is
collected, used or disclosed by LogicMills Learning Centre Pte
Ltd, its related corporations and our service providers in
Singapore include providing you with our products and services,
managing your licenses and/or subscriptions, renewals and your
account, processing payments, addressing questions and feedback,
improving our products and services, as well as where permitted
under law, sending you marketing and promotional offers on
products and services, and personalized content and advertising
based on your preferences or demographics.
LogicMills often conducts formal academic and business
related research for the purposes of improving its products and
services as well as supporting the research efforts of the
broader academic community. It is the policy of LogicMills to
anonymize any personal data related to such research studies
upon completion of the relevant studies. LogicMills also
undertakes not to use such formal research-related personal data
for marketing or promotional purposes. Any data retained from
these research studies will be preserved in an aggregated form
that does not allow personal identification.
In addition, if you have registered your telephone number
with the national Do Not Call (DNC) registry, we will not send

LogicMills Learning Centre Pte Ltd and its licensors. The
Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of
both the Singapore and foreign countries. Our trademarks and
trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or
service without the prior written consent of LogicMills Learning
Centre Pte Ltd.

Termination

by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain
in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between
us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior
agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

(b) matching Personal Data with other data collected for other purposes and from other sources (including third parties) in connection with the provision or offering of products and services, whether by LogicMills or other third parties;
(c) administering contests, competitions and conducting lucky draws, including, where necessary, in order to announce the results of these contests, competitions and lucky draws and identify and contact the winners, and in order to publicise and conduct marketing strictly related to these contests, competitions and lucky draws;
